Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Label Swatti Narula, each piece is carefully curated and crafted with attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp within the 24-hour window.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchased products.

However, we do offer exchanges in the form of a Credit Note.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the product.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- Returned in original packaging

If approved, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.

The Credit Note:

Will be valid for future purchases.
Must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issuance.

4. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom-made or altered pieces
Sale or discounted items
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original tags

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Shipping Charges for Exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
