1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases.

All sales are final. However, under approved conditions, we may issue a Credit Note as outlined below.

2. Credit Note Policy

A Credit Note may be issued only in the following cases:

  Approved size exchange where replacement is unavailable
  

Credit Notes will be issued only after the product has been received and inspected by our team.

3. Credit Note Validity

  Credit Notes will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  The credit amount can be used for future purchases on our website.

  Credit Notes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
  

4. Eligibility for Credit Note

To qualify:

  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Requests made beyond the specified timeline will not be considered.

6. Exchange & Shipping Charges
