In case of made-to-order or customized pieces, processing time may vary and will be communicated accordingly.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International delivery timelines typically range between 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Delays in Shipping

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
