- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the product.

If approved, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
The Credit Note:
- Will be valid for future purchases.
- Must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issuance.
4. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

- Custom-made or altered pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original tags
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the product and packaging
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Shipping Charges for Exchange
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- In case of made-to-order or customized pieces, processing time may vary and will be communicated accordingly.
