However, we do offer exchanges in the form of a Credit Note.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the product.

If approved, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.

The Credit Note:

  • Will be valid for future purchases.
  • Must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issuance.

4. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or altered pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original tags

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
